Introduction to Young Advocates For a Sustainable and Inclusive Future (YASIF):
Young Advocates For a Sustainable and Inclusive Future (YASIF) is a non-governmental, non-profit youth organization dedicated to collaborating with young individuals in order to provide sustainable solutions that align with UN Sustainable Development Goals 3, 4, 13, and 17. Our mission is to foster a collaborative environment among young people, aiming to achieve a developed and sustainable future that leaves no one behind.
Established in 2021, YASIF has engaged with over 200 young people across various states in Nigeria. We have focused on building their capacities and making a positive impact on grassroots communities.
At YASIF, we firmly adhere to the SDG mantra of ‘Leaving no one behind.’ Regardless of gender, culture, religion, disability, or social status, we work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Our guiding principle is the belief in equal and equitable opportunities for all young individuals, encapsulated by our motto: ‘Towards a Sustainable and Inclusive Future.’
